NICE Delivery Lead Irving, TX Hybrid (3 Days in 2 Days Remote) 12-24 Month Contract *MUST WORK ON W2* *ROLE DOESN'T ACCEPT C2C* TOP SKILLS: 5+ years of PM experience - enterprise environment, managing multi million dollar budgets, Jira, Agile Call recording, analytics and workforce management (NICE is the software used) Other tools/experience that could be in resumes: Avaya, IVR, Genesys, Calibrio, WFM Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects. Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams. Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment. Working knowledge of JIRA is preferable. Experience with Microsoft Project required. Experience in contact center technology a benefit – call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
