DESCRIPTION:

· As a NICE CXOne Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the NICE CXOne platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our customer experience capabilities, ensure system integration, and optimize performance.
· The ideal candidate has a strong background in contact center technologies, a deep understanding of NICE CXOne, and a passion for improving customer interactions.

· Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the NICE CXOne platform.
· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
· Integrate NICE CXOne with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
· Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize contact center operations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the NICE CXOne platform.
· Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and NICE CXOne platform updates.
