JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electrical engineers within an M&E contracting business, assisting with the delivery of M&E projects in the private sector.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on compliance, quality, and team development. You’ll oversee electrical works, review and sign off NICEIC certifications, and support daily operations alongside the Head of the Electrical Department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing tasks and personnel. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (2382), and Inspection & Testing (2391-52)
• NICEIC Qualified Supervisor registration once in post (essential)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position within the electrical contracting industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding electrical systems is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence (12+ months)
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of regulations and NICEIC certification processes
