THE POSITION:

We are looking for someone to join our Service or Projects team. This person will service and install different low-voltage systems. They should be proficient in technology, which includes daily use of computers, cell phones, apps, and working in a team software environment. We have a unique platform that we use to manage our projects and service calls, and you will be working with or interacting with our field staff daily. Some of the position duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Service/Install of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion
• Tracking/Managing the equipment/materials for the assigned project
• Work with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator for all required documents
• Relay customer service issues with details on time
• Yearly and Quarterly Professional Development goals
• Attend meetings for projects at the job sites when needed
• Participate in our mandatory safety events and weekly topics
• Reports to P.M. or Manager
• Ability to stand, lift, carry, or climb ladders for light equipment, parts management of company-provided equipment, and van
• Drug Free Environment
