Here’s What You Need · Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or · Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or · Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred · 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required · 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred, 1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And STABLE upon hire is preferred · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And · NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And · NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
