Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Nigeria Area Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Rensponsible for In Market sales People Management: Manage and lead the representatives on the ground for demand generation Distribution Management: Act as EVA's representative in front of the distributor Expand the business by penetrating new accounts Setting and conducting plans for clinical meetings and conferences participation with guidance from country manager and marketing lead At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role with leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding and experience with business sources across all 37 states of Nigeria Willingness to travel across various states within Nigeria experienced in resources allocations for better return on investment Experience in diabetes and endocrinology is a plus

Responsibilities

The Nigeria Area Supervisor will be responsible for in-market sales and managing representatives for demand generation. They will also act as EVA's representative in front of the distributor and expand the business by penetrating new accounts.
