About the Role The Program Marketing Coordinator will work directly with unit leads to translate their operational goals into compelling farmer-facing campaigns, harmonising strategic messaging and maximising farmer participation across our Sales, Credit, Trees, and Market Access units. The role strengthens the division’s capacity to improve farmers' adoption and retention in our multiple programs. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Alignment (Cross-Unit Strategy) Collaborate with the Sales and Credit Leads to design campaigns that drive client enrollment and reinforce repayment behaviours during the farming season. Partner with the Trees Lead to develop adoption strategies for free agroforestry trees and sales strategies for High-Value Trees (HVT). Work with the Market Access Specialist to create sourcing campaigns that encourage farmers to aggregate and sell their produce back to the organisation. Harmonise messaging across all units to ensure farmers receive a consistent, clear narrative (e.g., linking input purchases to market access opportunities). Administrative and Operational Support Collaborate with Comms in the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, posters, training guides, radio scripts) tailored to specific program goals. Manage the production timeline for all seasonal campaigns, ensuring materials are ready for key operational windows (e.g., enrolment and repayment deadlines, planting season). Ensure all content is localised, culturally appropriate, and effectively communicates the value proposition of our diverse product offerings (inputs, trees, market access). Field Enablement & Event Support Equip field teams with the "marketing toolkit" they need to succeed, including pitch scripts, FAQs, and visual aids for community meetings. Coordinate and execute field-based marketing events, such as roadshows, product/farm demonstrations, and town hall meetings, to enhance community engagement. Train field staff and supervisors on how to effectively deliver key marketing messages to farmers. Market Intelligence & Feedback Conduct rapid market research to understand farmer preferences, barriers to adoption, and satisfaction with our products and services. Track and review the performance of past marketing campaigns Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., tracking conversion rates from engagements, measuring awareness levels). Team and Stakeholder Support Serve as the program’s marketing data liaison and technical lead for marketing reporting. Build team capacity by training staff in quality marketing, utilising marketing tools, and implementing marketing strategies. Support program units with marketing performance insights and course correction interventions. For this role specifically, you will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. At least 2+ years of marketing experience. Strong behaviour change communication (BCC) strategy skills. Strong project and stakeholder management Ability to conduct market research and provide detailed insights. Data analysis and visualisation (Google Sheets or Excel) Basic Graphic Design Ability to conduct campaigns and present campaign analytics to the team. Strong organisational and communication skills Team management and leadership.
