Description Night & Weekend Team Leader – Chariot Logistics Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Chariot Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Night & Weekend Team Leader to join our expanding team! What You’ll Do Lead and support the night and weekend logistics operations team. Cover available freight and ensure loads are booked efficiently and profitably. Bid on available loads and negotiate rates with carriers. Track and trace freight to ensure on-time delivery and proactive communication. Update customers with real-time shipment status and issue resolutions. Maintain accuracy within the Transportation Management System (TMS) by updating all relevant load and carrier information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs between weekday and weekend shifts. Experience in freight brokerage or logistics operations required. Proven ability to lead a team and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Business Suite. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A team-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to Chariot’s success.
