Due to operational changes, we are looking for our next Part-Time Night-Auditor Job Description As Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties: Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day Maintain accurate guest accounts Assist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as needed Ensure all diary events, flats and specials are actioned Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy Liaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost property Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed. Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night working Solo on the Front Desk with the support of the overnight Houseman. Qualifications Your experience and skills will include: Full Australian Working Rights- this role is not available for sponsorship Service focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential Ability to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including, weekends and public holidays, shift hours are from 11pm – 7am A good understanding of finance and accounting practices Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Multi-tasker that is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Additional Information About Us: ibis Styles is a bright, funky and vibrant hotel situated in the heart of Brisbane City.
