The Hotel has 250 rooms, Restaurant and three Conference spaces located near the vibrant Melbourne CBD and Queen Victoria Markets. Job Description Join our team as a Night Auditor at Ibis Melbourne Hotel & Apartments! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our hotel's overnight operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is required to work overnight from 11pm to 7.00am the next day. Oversee front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries with a friendly and professional manner Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures. Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and concerns throughout the night Conduct regular security rounds to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests Prepare comprehensive reports for the day shift team, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities Qualifications What you bring to the table Previous experience in Front Office operations. First Aid certificate would be viewed as favourable. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
