We’re seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. As the Night Auditor, you will create a welcoming environment for all who come to our lobby during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests’ experience is not just good, but GREAT! Key Responsibilities: * Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable. * Enthusiastically provide guidance on the hotel’s amenities including our three restaurants. * Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns * Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions * Report on the nightly operational happenings to appropriate departments * Maintain an energetic, organized, and engaging lobby environment * Assist the security, housekeeping and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * A customer‑focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public * Ability to work overnight hours * Some college coursework preferred * Bilingual skills are a plus * Prior hospitality experience specifically at a hotel’s front desk. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus. * Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and stand for up to six hours at a time.
