We are seeking a skilled and organized part-time Guest Service Agent to support both PM Front Desk and Night Audit operations at the beautiful Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East / UCF! If you are committed to delivering outstanding guest service and hospitality, we would be thrilled to hear from you!
JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for serving guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references
