JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves balancing accounts, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in phone etiquette, and have experience in front desk operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations calmly.
  • Must be available on weekends
