Are you a night owl with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality? Join our team at Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre as a Night Auditor for a maternity leave term position (12–18 months, length to be determined), where you’ll combine guest service excellence with behind-the-scenes accuracy to keep our hotel running smoothly.
This position is full time including weekends and holidays and the hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (overnight).

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries—always delivering friendly, professional service.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring every stay ends on a positive note.
  • Balance, verify, and audit hotel accounts, including room charges, food & beverage postings, deposits, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy across all departments.
  • Support front desk operations, including wake-up calls, PBX, bell service, and guest messaging.
  • Keep the front desk organized, clean, and ready for the next shift.
  • Maintain security and follow hotel standards for hygiene, grooming, and safety.
