Join our friendly and professional Front Office Team as a Night Auditor and play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations. This is a part-time night shift role, starting at 11:00 PM and finishing at 7:00 AM. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests, complaints, and overnight concerns. Reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centres and run the night audit process. Prepare and distribute revenue, occupancy, and incident reports for management. Conduct property security checks and manage after-hours access. Communicate clearly with the morning team and maintain accurate shift handover reports. Follow property procedures, health & safety protocols, and company policies. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Having a full working right in Australia. Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred. Passion for people and hospitality. Confident, self-motivated, and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Available to work from 11pm and finish at 7am.
