Job Description As Night Auditor, you’re the heartbeat of the hotel overnight. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests, the guardian of the building, and the master of the numbers — ensuring everything is balanced, secure, and perfectly set up for the day ahead. Reporting to the Night Manager, you’ll work independently while representing the HYDE brand at its best. Main Functions: Running the hotel overnight and being the go-to person for guests Handling late check-ins, early departures, and overnight requests with ease Completing night audit and financial reports with accuracy and accountability Monitoring hotel security, conducting property checks, and managing incidents Delivering confident service recovery when challenges arise Communicating clear handovers and key updates to the morning team Living and breathing HYDE brand standards Qualifications Previous hotel front office or night audit experience (lifestyle or premium hotels a plus) Strong understanding of night audit processes and basic financial controls Comfortable using PMS and POS systems Calm, confident, and professional — especially in high-pressure moments Naturally guest-focused with strong problem-solving skills Highly organised, detail-driven, and reliable Comfortable working independently overnight Additional Information Ready to Make Your Mark?
