As the hotel’s representative overnight, you will act on behalf of senior management, balancing guest expectations, colleague needs, and commercial outcomes while ensuring a smooth and efficient night operation. Success in this role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for completing accurate night audit processes and maintaining the integrity of the hotel’s financial and operational reporting.
