Job Description What you will be doing: Reporting to the Night Manager you will be responsible for assisting to cross check and balance work completed during the day: Assist guests with all enquiries made in the overnight shift. Check guests in and out accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is attached. Assist with other closing of accounts and other related tasks for the end of day processes. Qualifications Qualifications Experience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environment Knowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work overnights, weekends and public holidays Strong time management and ability to multitask Highly trustworthy and reliable Additional Information Why Join Us?
