Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis, maintaining accurate guest accounts as well as strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.

You will:

  • Provide prompt, professional service to all guests, including handling calls, mail, messages, and valet requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, including Guest History updates and registration details.
  • Action diary events, flags, specials, and distribute relevant reports and handovers.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping for room status updates and manage lost property communication.
  • Complete daily worksheets, Express Check-out envelopes, and follow Night Audit tasks as required.
  • Ensure accurate account postings, cashiering balances, and proper handling of cash, credit, and paperwork.
  • Maintain security procedures, including safety deposit boxes and access protocols.
  • Process wake-up calls and respond to complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Attend training sessions and stay informed on hotel procedures and policies.
