Provide exceptional guest service and resolve overnight issues. Perform reception duties while delivering five-star service Ensure clear communication and handover of policies, rates, and hotel information. Qualifications Experience working in a hotel is preferred Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Opera systems a bonus. Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
