Job Description As our next Night Auditor, you will: Welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm and friendly attitude. Carry out the Night Audit. Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments. Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day. Provide food and beverage service during the night shift. Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently. Clean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas. Follow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed. Be the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image. Manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings. Assist in promoting sales within the department and maximize every sales opportunity. Qualifications What Are We Looking For? Ability to use Property Management System software such as OPERA Cloud Competency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous A friendly, guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage night shifts responsibly. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Availability to work night shifts (10:45PM – 7:00 AM) and weekends. Good level written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures as well as guest confidentiality Why Join Us?
