Job Description What you will be doing: Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
