ABOUT YOU

• You have previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit role preferred
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You have proficiency in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software.
• You have a strong ability to problem solve and work independently
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You hold a full drivers licence
• You hold a current First Aid qualification
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula.

In this newly created position, The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the property’s night operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing exceptional guest service. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• reconciling daily transactions,
• preparing reports,
• assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring the security of the property during overnight hours.

Full time and part-time position available.
