Canaves Collection, a renowned hospitality company in Greece, is seeking a talented and dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. Canaves Collection owns and manages four luxury properties in the beautiful village of Oia, Santorini, namely the Canaves Ena , Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday , and the new Canaves Epitome. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Canaves Epitome during the night hours. You will be responsible for overseeing guest arrivals and departures, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and generating reports. Additionally, you will provide assistance to guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Responsibilities Oversee the guest arrival and departure process during night hours Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and providing a warm welcome Process payments, including cash, credit card, and direct bill transactions Reconcile guest accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting Prepare and distribute daily reports to management Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and lobby Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Competitive Remuneration Package Accommodation on privately owned air-conditioned staff houses with WIFI and Laundry One Meal daily in staff restaurant plus 1 Snack during shift Transportation services provided to and from staff residences and workplaces.
