Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation. * Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. * Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar hospitality accounting role. * Familiarity with Marriott’s brand standards and property management software. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic understanding of hospitality industry operations.
