QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within a 3 or 4-star hotel in the UAE.
. Preferably Arabic Speaking

· STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF IDS SOFTWARE.

· Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per mont

· Conduct nightly audit processes, ensuring that all financial transactions for the day are accurately recorded.
· Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
· Verify room and revenue reports, ensuring all charges are accurately posted.
· Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts, ensuring a seamless process.
· Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
· Ensure the security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night.
· Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements in operations.
