Job Details Job Location: Boca Raton, FL 33486 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Shift: Graveyard Job Purpose: To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports. Job Responsibilities: Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis. Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset day’s business. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings. Participate in all training and cross training programs. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills: Understand and use math concepts in order to design a financial or economic system. Work math problems quickly and accurately. Understand and use computers and related equipment. Speak and write clearly to report financial information. Discretion & Independent Judgment: Acts as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Makes deposits of cash. Physical Requirements: Ability to speak and hear in English. Close and distance vision. Frequent sitting with some walking and standing. Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Additional physical and visual requirements Lift/carry 6-25 lbs. Able to work overtime and/or irregular hours Working Conditions: Continually works in normal office conditions and in close proximity to others. Qualifications Education - HS Diploma or equivalent. Experience - Previous guest service or front desk hospitality experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications - None required.

Responsibilities

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring all revenue is posted correctly and balancing all revenue departments daily. They also prepare the front office for the next shift and act as a Guest Service representative during night hours.
