At Home2 Suites Plymouth, our Night Auditor is the overnight heartbeat of the hotel—combining guest service, attention to detail, and a touch of problem-solving magic. Requirements Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Great attention to detail Thorough organizational skills, proficient in accomplishing all tasks Considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and backup systems Above average mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with employees and guests Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, some of whom will require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy, to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts Education/Experience Comparable hotel size and scope of experience preferred Benefits include PTO, bonus program, room discounts and more!
