Description Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to handle overnight operations, including auditing daily financial transactions and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Where You Can Make an Impact: Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation requests during overnight hours. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor property security and report any unusual activity. Prepare and distribute daily operational reports for management. Balance and audit room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures. Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks during the shift if needed. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting guests. Collaborate with the morning team for a seamless shift transition. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1+ year of experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts. Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills. Basic knowledge of financial auditing and reconciliation. Flexibility to adapt to various operational needs.
