Job Description At Ibis Wellington, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. Assist the Night Team in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports. Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information. Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations Qualifications You will ideally have previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel environment, however not essential. In addition: Exceptional communication skills both written, verbal and non-verbal. You will be an organized individual with a high attention to detail who is also able to take initiative Previous experience in a Reservations environment is an advantage Past Receptionist experience would be advantageous Manager Certificate and First Aid Certificate Prior use of Opera cloud & TARS Database or similar PMS is preferred. Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays You will have NZ residency or be holding a permanent NZ work visa.
