Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community RESPONSIBILITIES: Balance and reconcile daily revenue for the hotel and restaurant. Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Provide courteous telephone service and assist guests with inquiries. REQUIREMENTS: Must pass background check. Must be able to work 3rd shift Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
