OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred.

SKILLS

  • Previous Hotel Night Audit and Guest Service experience .
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
  • 1+ years of accounting/related experience required
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Exceptionally detailed oriented and well organized
  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them as needed
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately
