JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Audit Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hotel hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems are required.
