Delta by Marriott Utica is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor front desk associate to join our team in Utica, NY. This role combines guest service with accounting responsibilities to ensure a smooth and accurate close to each day. At this time the position is part time: two-three overnight shifts per week. Those interested in additional hours would have opportunity for more evenings working second shift RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform night audit procedures including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports. * Night Audit desk shift is 11:00pm - 7:00am * Check guests in and out in a friendly and efficient manner during overnight hours. * Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. * Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, reservations, and billing adjustments. * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. * Assist with any other front desk duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred. * Strong numerical and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
