We are currently look for a Permanent Full-Time (40 Hours per Week) Night Auditor who is hands on and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience! We welcome you to join us in the front row at SO/ Auckland and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective Ennismore! This is a role that works across a 7-day rotating roster and from the hours of 11pm - 7.30am (2300 - 0730.) Job Description This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. It provides you with the chance to build upon your current skillset. The Role This role is required to work overnight from 11pm to 7.30am the next day. Check in and Check out guests and maintain accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis Open communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage and ensure timely delivery of guest car/luggage Ensure the appearance of the guest services desk, hotel lobby and forecourt is immaculately presented at all times Assist with guest reservations and ensure guest requests are actioned and documented Assisting late guest arrivals and early departures ensuring that room allocations and check in check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused Knowledge in Opera Cloud PMS and balancing procedures. Run reports and draw up statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures Compile Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required Complete computer system backups and save in accordance with finance policies and procedures Assist night services including room service, OTS, car parking and porter services, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible Qualifications About You Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star luxury/lifestyle hotel environment highly advantageous Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in handling emergency situations, guest conflict and leading a team. Excellent written and communication skills Full driver’s licence is essential, as you will be responsible for receiving and parking guest vehicles between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am Knowledge of OPERA Cloud highly advantageous Flexibility to work rotating roster and work weekends and/or public holidays Prior reservations experience is advantageous, as hospitality operates 24 hours a day Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in hotel management software and front office systems Additional Information SO/ BENEFITS Staff meal while on shift Uniform provided and laundered International accommodation and retail discounts across varying Ennismore & Accor Hotels properties Family & Friends Hotel Discounts Opportunities for further development and worldwide career progression within Ennismore/ Accor Annual reward of a free night's accommodation at the hotel and additional perks!
