The Holiday Inn Downtown Capitol Square is seeking a qualified full time Night Auditor to join our team. Situated in downtown Columbus, OH, the Holiday Inn is a full-service hotel catering to both business and leisure travelers alike.
This position will cover the 11pm-7am third shift role. Candidates must be trustworthy and possess excellent communication skills as you will be handling all aspects of the front desk in addition to completing audits and running reports of daily hotel transactions. The ability to work independently is paramount.
As night auditor you will fill a pivotal roll in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in and check out, focusing on optimizing each guests experience and responding quickly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment, have strong compute skills and excellent customer service skills.
Night Audit must present a professional image at all times through appearance and dress in accordance with the standards of personal appearance outlines in the employee handbook.
