JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Must be able to work night shift between 11pm -7am and weekend availability
• Knowledgeable of OPERA PMS is an asset
• Auditing, balancing, verifying and sending out daily revenue documentation to management
• Managing the hotel’s food and beverage inventory, room assignments, and vacancies
• Greeting guests, checking them into rooms, assisting with check-outs
• Answering phones, scheduling wake-up calls, and assisting with reservation requests
• Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Assisting the housekeeping department with laundry when needed
• Balancing cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts
• Knowledgeable of safety and emergency protocols
• Setting up banquet room according to client requests
• Acting as security for the safety of in-house guests and vehicles in parking lot
