Description

As a casual Night Auditor (Front Office Host), you will be responsible for supporting the Night Manager regarding compiling reports and balancing hotel receipts and transactions. You will also assist any of our guests’ needs (including check in/out) and provide them with a genuine, charming, and friendly welcome and experience. What are we looking for? - You'll have the attitude, behaviour and integrity of a truly special host. - Guest service experience within the front office or reception team will be highly desired - You'll have the availability to work night shift, from 11pm to 7am - Property Management System (PMS) knowledge preferred, or sound understanding of computer programs Sound interesting?
