Serves as a Manager on Duty during the hours of 11pm to 7am. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, and strong customer service skills.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  * Check guests in/out, process payments, and handle AYS duties. * Reconcile guest service agent paperwork and credit card transactions. * Post room charges, distribute folios, and reconcile gift shop and banquet paperwork. * Run daily close-out reports, process night audit, and maintain the front desk log book. * Handle guest mail, messages, and faxes, ensuring timely delivery. * Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and crouch. * Ability to follow safety protocols and work under rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as needed. * Flexible schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and potential overtime. QUALIFICATIONS  * Minimum one year of hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred. * Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions regarding guest check-in/out processes.
