JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a premier hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, customer service excellence, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services within a resort or hotel environment.
