Responsibilities: * Performing all front desk related functions during the night shift * Balancing accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports * Checking in late-night arrivals and ensuring guest satisfaction * Securing the premises and monitoring for any unusual activity * Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Requirements: * Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Good communication skills and customer service orientation * Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
