Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Front Office Night Auditor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Front Office Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate reporting of hotel accounts and maintaining the front office and concierge desk during evenings. Responsibilities
  • Maximise guest satisfaction by effectively managing guest complaints, soliciting feedback, and building strong relationships that drive continuous improvement in service
  • Oversee night operations in the absence of department heads (HODs)
  • Prepare and manage nightly audit reports and weekly financial reports
  • Reconcile errors and process necessary adjustments during the shift
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance department, particularly the Revenue Audit team, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
