Job Description
We’re looking to hire somebody with a friendly smile and exceptional attitude for our Front Desk Receptionist. If you have a flexible schedule, ability to work independently, perform professionally, and great customer service skills, we’re looking for you! Communication skills are extremely important. Our receptionists are responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive at the hotel until they check out.
Applicants are expected to have an open availability for 8 hour shift, 12 hour shift (12 hour shifts only in an emergency or if someone goes on vacation we work 12 hour shifts to cover the missing persons shift until they come back), weekends (One weekend off per month), weekdays, holidays and night shift. Must be available to start immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Available for night shift, 8 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate efficiently
  • Previous hotel or receptionist experience is preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency is necessary
  • Minimum 2-years experience with customer service preferred
  • Neat, professional grooming and presentation is essential
  • Positive attitude
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary

    Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling guest requests throughout the shift
  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Making reservations
  • Collect guest information or information for groups reservations
  • Resolve customer service related issues and problem solving
  • Assist with keeping a clean and orderly work place and environment for guests
  • Refiling the drinks and snacks to the sundry shop
