The position entails being the first point of contact for all guests arriving and departing from the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, answering the phones, booking reservations and coordinating guest stays and requests while at the property. The front desk agent would have to be confident using a computer, as well as work well under pressure both in a team and solo environment.
The position would consist of shifts from 11pm - 7am weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Training will be required during the day from 7am -3pm and 3pm -11pm
