Description $250 SIGNING BONUS (after 90-days) Overnights/Weekends required. The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out. Responsibilities: - Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift - Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations - Process guest check-ins and check-outs - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality - Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity - Assist with other duties as assigned by management What are we looking for?
