You’ll manage front desk responsibilities, support overnight guest needs, and prepare the property for the next day. What You’ll Do Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Reconcile and close out daily front desk transactions and reports Run night audit processes and prepare next day reports for key departments Monitor overnight operations and respond to guest needs and concerns Begin breakfast prep and ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest ready Promote brand loyalty programs and recognize members Process retail and pantry transactions Maintain market inventory and restock as needed Communicate maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate teams Uphold Resolute Road Hospitality’s service and cleanliness standards Follow all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong understanding of front desk operations and guest service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems preferred • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation • Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure or emergency situations • Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds • Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Previous hospitality or night audit experience preferred Licenses & Certifications TIPS or state equivalent alcohol awareness training Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
