Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Audit Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay awake and alert in the down times. Applicants must have flexible, full-time availability and be comfortable working alone overnight.

Duties

• Greet and check-in or check-out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Handle reservations and cancellations accurately

• Utilize phone systems and hotel software effectively

  Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling various guest situations
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
