Positive attitude to deliver great customer experience and support our mission to create memorable experiences for ours guests. Role Meet, greet, check in and assist resort guests/owners upon arrival at resort. Receive mail, packages and assist guest/owners with local restaurants, places and community questions. Responsibilities • Greet guests/owners with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor • Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures • Obtain or confirm guest information, driver’s license/passport, etc. • Collect payments for resort fees, bulk trash and towel card deposits • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel • Check and send emails • Make and confirm reservations • Maintain a clean and tidy work space at all times • Inform guests of resort amenities and offerings • Be informed and up-to-date on all amenity changes and/or closures • Communicate with housekeeping, room service and security staff as necessary • Provide local information on restaurants, special sites, activities, etc. • Resolve customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively • Notify management of any serious issues that you cannot resolve • Take and deliver messages for guests • Store luggage and valuables as needed • Receive mail, log packages, etc. • Maintain a friendly, personable disposition • Perform various clerical tasks as needed (sorting mail, paper filing, etc.) • Any task as assigned by the Resort Leadership team. Requirements High school or equivalent education required Prior front desk or hotel guest service experience strongly preferred. 1-2 years prior customer service experience required. Extensive experience with computers and telephones.
