If you are interested in joining The Modernist and shaping the future of our brand, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity: Night Auditor in Athens In charge of the night operations, you will be responsible to provide a highly professional yet unpretentious service to all guests, making sure our guest experience never flags - even at night. You will be part of the FO Team, covering the night shift. You’ll take care of our guests, including check in/check out, billing, ensuring we collect correct guest data, and communicating any guest issues that arise. Know the neighborhood and provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities. Manage new and existing room reservations, online & offline. Resolve all guest queries and problems with enthusiasm and in a prompt manner. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction levels. Proactively keep an eye on all our public areas, take health and safety seriously and follow all health & safety standards, fire & security procedures, and ensure you’re working in a safe manner at all times. Candidate profile: Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way. Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills. High level of verbal and written communication skills, competent computer skills. Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5* hotel. Excellent use of the English language. Knowledge of Protel PMS would be a plus.
