SUMMARY

We are looking for a Night Bakers to join the team. Working as part of a small but hardworking team of bakers to produce a variety of Bread, Rolls and Bakery Goods for our Retail Shop and Wholesale Customers. This is a Full Time Position working Sunday Night to Friday Night with a night off in the week. Working Hours are 9pm to 5:30am with a Half an Hour Break. Being reliable, punctual and hard-working are paramount.

• Prepare and bake a variety of Breads, Pastries, Confectionary, and other Baked Goods.
• Ensure all food production meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bakery area..
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in food production, preparation, or baking.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for baking.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
